I am a spiritual coach who guides people to their ancestors and their highest selves through guided meditations, coaching and rituals. The name 'Thembekile' means 'trustworthy' in Ndebele. I had to learn to trust myself and my own voice before I could guide others. Now, Thembekile Rx is my offering to you: a trustworthy prescription for healing, rooted in the power of a voice you can believe in.
